At Classic Jewellery Ltd - we pride ourselves on the quality of Jewellery that we provide. To ensure this we produce all of our jewellery ourselves by our own jewellers who have over 100 years of combined experience in the jewellery industry. No piece of jewellery leaves our workshop without intensive inspections, this is to insure without doubt that every piece of jewellery meets our own high expectations of quality and is finished to the highest standards.
At classic jewellery we also try to make the buying experience of our customers an easy and enjoyable experience. And so if any concerns arise please feel free to contact us by email with a telephone number and we will be more than happy to answer them and speak to you in person.
Refunds - We offer the option of a full refund within 14 days of delivery if the goods are agreed as being faulty, different from those ordered obliged to not as expected. We reserve the right to remedy any faulty workmanship or exchange the item in the first instance before we are to give are fund. Our refund policy excludes items with any element of personalisation. e.g. bespoke jewellery, engraved items or special orders which can only be exchanged at our discretion and subject to any agreed charges. Any item sent by us with out us first receiving full payment remains our property until full payment has been received. Refunds will not be made until the item is returned in its original condition with all the original documentation. If the size of your ring is incorrect, Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
